I tried cleaning the all three relays. My tilt still does the clicking in the relays. I have noticed that after the boat sits overnight (period of time), the tilt works for maybe 20 to 30 seconds. It will then just stop working and go back to clicking. I try it out randomly (hourly or so) during the day and get the clicking. But once again, I went outside this morning after the long night, and it worked for a brief time. The battery is completely charged. What do you think? How can I test the 3 relays, or is it even possible? Thanks

Re: My tilt

It may be the tilt motor it self...rust build up on the armature or the brushes sticking in their holders.:/

Re: My tilt

I would concentrate on the motor in order to eliminate the relays as the problem. Try putting 12 volts directly to the T & T motor. If it continues to work using that method, then look further into the relays..Both relays must be good for it to work properly...
