I tried the R/C flying thing......never got off the ground. A trainer at that..............never even close.
Went to R/C boats. Figured I couldn't hurt a boat. Wrong. Built a 3 point hydro. Never knew you had to break Hipo engines on a bench....lock them in a vice and let them run wide open till they break in and really scream. My engine broke in on the water. The shore line was right there. Guess what happened.:'(

Hit the shore line at over 60mph. I was picking pieces up 100 feet away.
Got the R/C trucks and buggies for my son. He did good. Raced a few times. Those things are expensive to keep competitive.
