1999 115 hp johnson 60 degree 4cyl

i'll try again: motor skips misfires like water in gas. have installed new plugs, cleaned carbs, new above board gas tank with w/ proper oil mix, stator checks fine could, this be power pack or bad ignition any suggestions please
