Transom rot - Chrysler Boat

I have a 72' chrysler conq105 boat w/90hp envinrude and the transom has rotted and i do not have the resourses to fix it myself, so i was wondering if someone could tell me an estimated quote in order to get this repaired?

ah but sir you can fix this yourself, and make it better then before. Its a bit Pricey you think when you first see it, but it will last longer then the boat will. There is this Pourable Transom system called SeaCast, take a look at that, its gonna cost me about 50o bucks to do my 19 footer, but then i dont have to add in labor cost and material cost, and all you have to do is get the old wood out, and pour this in and your good to go. I will never do another Wood transom again after i found this. I dont mean to be endosing a product on here like this but man this is good stuff

i did a 16 footer i used a electric chain saw a plumbers drill and a chisel and in 2 weekends it was all done

thank you very much for your input, i've aleady gutted out the rotten wood in the transom, and ordered the seacast.

but i did te plywood and west marine expoxy i felt that would be secure

even the labor costs aren't that bad if you have a local shop that does seacast...I got priced $800 to do a 16' boat (when I thought my transom might be soft..wasn't though). If you consider $500 for materials, $300 labor isn't that bad...for someone who doesn't have the time, facility or skill to do the job right and confidently.

my dollar figures got cut some how..that's weird when your talking about boats, they usually double

any way I tried to say;
even the labor costs aren't that bad if you have a local shop that does seacast...I got priced 800 dollars to do a 16' boat (when I thought my transom might be soft..wasn't though). If you consider 500 dollars for materials, 300 dollars for labor isn't that bad...for someone who doesn't have the time, facility or skill to do the job right and confidently.
