I am looking at the subject motor. I believe it to be 60 degree, loop charged V6. Does it also have oil injection that varies the gas-oil ratio, or is it a fixed ratio injection?

Since 1992 the "VRO" which is correctly called an OMS (oil metering system) has a small ration change from idle to full throttle.
It actually delivers oil at about a 75:1 ratio at idle to 50:1 at higher speeds. On average, most users will see close to 60:1 depending on their running speeds overall.
This link tells the whole "VRO" story without the myths and half-truths of the uninformed.
