Yeh, it was higher than I expected but the Nephew didn't charge me for his labor. He did a lot of backhoe work for free and threw in a lot of items for free..The "garage" portion is 16 X 28 with two 10 foot shed roofs. He said a barn like that he'd charge over $25,000.00 to do.

Anyway, I'm happy with the final product and that's what counts.

...and that is a good price...quality built and metal isn't cheap any more.

Parrott head. I got your PM and will attempt to mail the line tomorrow 12/08/2006. I work night shift at 80 hours a week, then off the next week. That means I have to get all of the stuff done at the home front that I can't do on the 80 hours work week on. This week is off week. .)
We are having major reconstruction to the interior of our house due to a water leak in the ice maker line. Go figure.
But the old saying, "While we're at it." is going strong here. I'm going to wire in some new lights in our hallway because of the destruction of the back wall drywall. That gives me access to the studs and electrical boxes to wire in some lights in my hallway.

Don't worry too much about when ya get it to me....I don't fish in the winter.

I feel kind of guilty....your nephew was going to shoot you a lot lower price but I told him to up it a bit so I could get a free spool of fishing line......

He didn't want it to be dead on my guess so he went a bit above it.....just so it would not look suspicious.

here, just the center section without the leantoo's would cost around 30,000 bucks..........
