Now that is a blast from the past(the falconer). GM performance stuffed(required a 12" stretch) into an early 90's Corvette. Those engines are pretty wicked.
This engine does it's fastest "flying" in the Thunder Mustang. (which ain't no FORD) only topped 370 mph though.....(!) In 2005 it broke the record for the worlds fastest normally aspirated aircraft.
