I have a 2002, 225 EFI mercury outboard, recently the power trim has started slowly stuttering and then it speeds up and works fine. Leave it alone for a short peroid of time and it does the same thing, but in fast sucession it will trim up and down fine. Only to again after a peroid of time, to stutter again. The unit does not bleed off and will hold up and down fine. The motor runs, the pump pumps, it just take a stutter to get it to work. Any help will be greatfully appreciated.
