Have anybody started reloading your ammo yet? I've spent over $400 so far and is pretty much done except for a few minor items which I forgot. All I needs now is for the ice to get off the lakes.

Re: Spring stock-up

I've spent a bunch over the winter and over the last few weeks. Four new rods, three new reels, tackle box, plastics, lures, line, etc. I want to get a lure retriever, one of those weedless trolling motor setups from BPS, and I'm done. I can probably go the whole 07 fishing season without buying anything else. I went a little stir crazy over the winter. Couldn't stay out of the bargain bins.

I normally bring $200 to a fishing expo we have in Grand Rapids every year and stock up on hardbaits, a rod, maybe a reel and tons of plastics, but i still always have to go to gander mountain every week to buy more sencos b/c i go through those things like you wouldn't believe.

2 new reels , a new crappie poll and a new fishfinder. Mostly, my fishing budget is going into the boat repairs tho.

Re: Spring stock-up

Built myself four new rods. Headed out this Sunday to pick up a new reel or two to put on them. Also bought me a different boat (Beater) for the electric motor only lakes around here. Stocked up on some awesome winco baits. If you guys like smallmouth fishing you should buy a few packs of Winco's rigged creatures. They are deadly. Need two new trolling motor batteries and then I should be set. I used to buy a ton of senkos, but last year I decided to stay away from plastic stick worms, and I did for the most part.

Bass-a-holic. There is a web site. Here ya go.

Not wanting to sound like a commercial, I'll say that winco baits have become a favorite of mine. Well made and put fish in the boat.

There is a pull down bar right above the counter on the left of the page that list all the product.

Re: Spring stock-up

I have to stock up on some tackle. Most of it is Tungston weights, swivels, glass beads, Owner Hooks and 1 lb spools of DNA Promix line and oh yea. I ordered about 200 jigs last week. I go through a lot of line......8)
