ID on old Wards Sea king

I just bought an old boat (70's or early 80's) with a 35 HP sea king. I wanted to get it serviced but the 4 local shops won't touch it. I need to find a source for parts. The model # is VWB27235. Serial #20437.
Can anyone help me ID This motor? What year, waht make, I know Sea King was produced by many over the years.

1972 Chrysler.Some parts are here at iboats.You can also try twin cities or fairwinds marine.

Stiggs, I have a 20 hp sea king of similar vintage and Franz at Franz Marine had parts at real good prices. His # is 816-966-8085. Also got a cd-rom of service manual from Chryslercrew.com. good luck
