Re: IBD editorial
Went to that site that you recommended JR,Whoo Doggies ,it is so full of wholes dont know where to start.
I think that I will start with the center piece of you article, the Congressman from the State of Georgia, that represents the 8th Congressional district, he has been in the House since January of 2005, he has never introduced a pieces of legislation ,but he co-sponsored a bill that would require the Ten Commandments to be displayed in the House of Representatives and the Senate.
No problem with that, but would at least think that anyone that is listed as a cosponsor of a bill would be able to at least know more that three of the ten commandments wouldnt you?
<<WESTMORELAND: The Ten Commandments is not a bad thing for people to understand and to respect.
COLBERT: I'm with you.
WESTMORELAND: Where better place could you have something like that than in a judicial building or in a courthouse?
COLBERT: That is a good question. Can you think of any better building to put the Ten Commandments, than in a public building?
WESTMORELAND: No. I think if we were totally without them we may lose a sense of our direction.
And now the punchline...
COLBERT: What are the Ten Commandments?
WESTMORELAND: What are all of them? You want me to name them all?
COLBERT: Yes please.
WESTMORELAND: Hmm... Don't murder. Don't lie. Don't steal. Uhhh... I can't name them all.>>

I believe Its also on youtube if you want to here it.
But of course with the Conservatives he has made up for all of that, by asking
Drum roles please, he asked her whether she and her husband are Democrats? Kinda reminds one of these famous words uttered by another Republican Joseph. McCarthy doesnt it? "Are You Now or Have You Ever Been"
. In 2006 he lead the charge in the fight against extending the voting rights act for minorities on the grounds that it treated states like Georgia unfairly, this dudes a real piece of work.
Here is another quote from the article that JR is so proud of.
<<Her cover was 'blown' in 2003 by then-Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage. Armitage was never charged with a crime, because she was no longer a covert agent>>
I wonder of this guy has any TVs in his house, must be an old article or something maybe he just failed to proof read it .
The CIA ADMITS it, and if she HADN'T been covert, there wouldn't have been an investigation IN THE FIRST PLACE! Get over it and smell the coffee, will ya?
Even Foxx News admits Plame was covert now.. Believe it or not, I flipped past a report last night and that's exactly what they said!
Here's the definition from the statute:
(4) The term covert agent means
(A) a present or retired officer or employee of an intelligence agency or a present or retired member of the Armed Forces assigned to duty with an intelligence agency
(i) whose identity as such an officer, employee, or member is classified information, and
(ii) who is serving outside the United States or has within the last five years served outside the United States;...
