having trouble with my tilt and trim unit just bought the boat and used it once when we got in the water we got it to go down but when i went to adjust it it stopped moving checked fuses they are good. water finally move it into the down position. got home and looked it over the two silver rods that are in the round circles don't move in it is also leaking fluid. how hard it is to change one of these out with out taking it to a marine shop and is there anything i should be looking at that could be and easy fix. pls help
