Is this an OMC,..??.... Volvo,..??....

My Guess is it's a 2.3l Ford/ OMC.........

All those #s, Mean Absolutely Nothing to me.....

i am guessing its whats refered to as a stringer?
just curious as to which year, couldnt find a serial plate or model#.
