I have got 2 Yamaha 100hp 4 stroke carb model +/- 2000 model. I keep getting water in the oil. i have stipped the motor several times already but seem to stop the water for about a year only to have the problem re-occur in one motor again. Does anybody have any idea how to solve this problem?

All the Gaskets have been sealed with 3bond and everytime we chech we put a new gasket set in. its costing a fortune. this is the 11 time i will have to strip the motor. The amount of water is an insane amount. On a 45 min run the oil sump overflows with water in the oil. this ends up escaping out the dipstick hole and running down the outside of the motor. so i believe it must be something else seriouly wrong

I have checked the exhaust chamber that runs throught he sump but don't seem to find any cracks. could it be opening up with heat and pourng water in at this alarming rate of about 3 litres of water per hour of running
