Although some will argue, Gallons/hour (g/hr) is a more meaningful measure of economy since it's an instantaneous measure. MPG must be calculated over a given distance. At wide open throttle those engines will very likely burn about 15 g/hr "each". Cruise is very loosely defined but should be about 5/8 to 3/4 throttle. That throttle setting should produce fuel flow rates of about 10 g/hr (each). Keep in mind these are loose "guestimates". Your hull efficiency, load, speed, wind etc all affect fuel flow rates. If you are interested in extracting as much economy as possible from this setup, I suggest you install a fuel flow monitor for each engine. You will quickly find its sweet spot, plus they work much like the trip computer in your car or truck (total fuel remaining, total burned, and instantaneous flow rate, etc.).
