I dont get any reading on my speedometer and cant find where it comes out of the motor or rear of the boat

What Year are we talking,..??....
What Drive are we talking,..??......

Start at the Speedometer,+ follow the pitot Tube back,.......
It either goes to the Drive, if it's New enough,.....
Or to a Pitot that should be mounted to the stern......

At any rate, take comfort in knowing that a speedo on a boat is just a general idea of how fast you are going. GPS is the best way for accuracy.​
