Manual Tilt and Trim

I have a 1987 Yamaha 30HP that I would like to put some type of manual controlled tilt and trim device on. Does anyone know if this type of device is available? The motor is mounted on a 1979 Crestliner 16ft. As you can see this is a low budget rig and I would like to keep the cost down.

Simplest cure is an aftermarket set back plate which includes the trim in the unit.
