90 Merc sitting for two years/First boat

Hi all

Finally got my first boat. 19' Starcraft center console. 85 hull with a 1991 Mercury 90 HP, the boat was well take care of and winterized back in 2005, the boat has been sitting since then.

Wondering what I should do before trying to start the boat???

be sure to replace the impeller.
