89 Phantom 17 - Accessing fuel tank hose.

Hello,
Does anyone know how I would go about replacing the fuel hose from the
tank to the transom? It looks like I have to remove the center flooring strip.
The main floor is divided into 3 sections that are screwed down. I could feel cracks on the hose as far as I could reach under the flooring.

If you can access both ends, you could try to pull the new hose through by attaching one end the end of the old hose.
