Painting outdrive

I'm getting ready to sell my boat, but the outdrive needs a paint job. Most of the paint has peeled off & is down to bare metal. Can someone give me some tips on what paint, primer to use? It's an OMC Cobra. Where can I find paint that will match the original color? Thanx.

Lightly sand, vinegar wash, zinc chromate primer and then paint. There is a company that sells the outdrive "color matched" paint in a spray can. The only part I remember is that it starts with a T Tempo, Tempra Tempa.... something like that.

Its Tempo engine paint. Tempo part #020479, OMC charcoal metallic.
2 cans will do nicely,
