Help removing water pump from lower unit

Can anyone tell me how to remove the water pump from the lower unit of a
75 HP Evinrude? Not sure what year. Another dumb question, where would we look to find out what year it is? The boat is a 1975. Model number 75643D, serial number just incase needed is J0002080.

That model # is a 1976

Do you know how to remove the water pump? This is our first boat, and any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
