O.K. I Can't trust this Vro and I would love to bypass it so I can take the family out this weekend for the first time on the pontoon, but I need some help on how to do this. Are there any posted steps on how to do this step by step? Could anyone help me I do have some skills when it comes to motors but I have never worked on a outboard. I do have the manual that came with the motor, but no clue on how to do this bypass! Any help would be great and would make the weekend for me and my family.
P.S. or would it just be a good idea to take it to my dealer he said he can do it for around 200.00:eek: or is it so simple I can do it myself:D

Welcome to the forum. There are some extremely knowledgeable members who will help you achieve your goal. However, the best starting point is to specifically identify your motor by model number and serial number. That way they can refer to their manuals and get you the info you need. Good luck!
