We have a 1993 Yamaha 85hp and the tilt and trim is not working. When you push the button to get it to go up and down, it clicks but the motor will not move. We have power to the green wire but not the blue one. Can anyone help?
The motor requires a postive and ground to work. Hook the battery direct to the motor wiring blue to postive and green to ground for out and reverse for in. If it doesn't run the motor is bad.
