When applying epifanes 2 part polyurethane I found that I would get much better flow in the evening when it was cooling down as compared to the morning when it was warming up. At both times the temperatures were pretty close. Evening applications had no tipping marks while the morning they were a little more evident.

Ah ha. There in lies the problem. I was sent spray reducer instead of brushing reducer so how about 0 %. :) or :(

You can use either, try 10% it will slow drying time's and get you a smoother finish.

The spraying reducer will flash off a bit quicker than the brushing version. Stands to reason as you can spray quicker than you can brush. Do what tail-gunner recommends - you should be O.K.

I am using those rollers. I gleaned that info from your painting thread. Will try a little w/o tipping to see what happens.
