I have a 1990 150 Evinrude, a flywheel magnet came loose, damaged the stator, seems to have shorted the powerpack. I replace magnets, stator, and powerpack and now have fire back at the plugs. But now the motor cranks really slow. The battery is good, and fully charged, connections are clean. Any help please??? Also, I removed the plugs and motor spins good.

When you say the connections are clean does that mean you disconnected them and cleaned them? They may look got but are not. If the motor spins good with the plugs out but not under compression - crud somewher in the current path.

I tightened a couple of connections on starter and solinoid (did not disassemble and clean), cleaned and reassembled battery connections.
