I cant find any parts information or anything for the 50etlk, please help!

Yamaha Motors has all the parts diagrams and part numbers on their website. These parts lists go all the way back to 1984. Your model is there. Go here to see them.

You are absolutely right. It must have been an oversight on there part. Go to 1986 year and use the 50ETLJ parts manual. You will find all the part numbers and illustrations. When you print a section it will be much larger and easier to read. You might give Yamaha a call and tell them they left out your model.
