looking for help!!

I have been trying to fix my 25hp Evinrude for the last month and can't get it right. The problem is the will start and idles fine when I advance the throttle sometimes it goes and other times the engine wants to cut out. I have done the following checked the spark (nice bright blue), changed the spark plugs and wires, rebulit the carb (ensuring the hp jet was clean with no varnish), replaced the gas can and the fuel hose (also the primmer bulb). I have tried to set the lp adjust in the water with the engine in gear (several times I tought I had right), also did a compression check and compression was good.
So if anyone has any advice it would be appreiciated.

link n sinc. this adjust the elect and carbs. what year.

The motor is a 1986 commercial.

did you check the coils?look for hairline cracks.if you see any that could be the culprit.on my 76 15hp rude i had lots of grief and then for some unknown reason i took a close look at the coils,they were cracked.replaced and now i have a beautiful running motor.
