If the alarm sounds without cranking the engine then the most likely cause is a faild o/heat or low oil sensor as the oil flow sensor requires a reference signal from the stator to set of the alarm. (this will not rule out the vro however, as it could be shorted). Start by disconnectin the o/heat sensor then check if the buzzer has stoped. If not proceed to disconnect the oil level sensors. If the buzzer still sounds disconnect the vro warning harness.
This should isolate the problem. A word of warning Run your engine on oil fuel premix untill the fault is located. BOL
