Is ok to use anti-sieze on the spark plug threads? I get worried sometimes when it seems difficult removing them.....thinking this may help.....

Always!, on all vehicles especially I/O's, But I forgot to on my outboard, but found the oily fuel mix actually helps keep them from getting frozen in there

A touch of Never-Seize on spark plug threads? I've done that for many years with no ill effects.

NO. Despite the coppery looking flakes, never seize is an insulator.
Ask anyone who has coated battery terminals with it .... haha.. try it the starter won't crank

Re: Anti-Sieze on Spark Plugs

From the Autolite website:

We do not recommend the use of any anti seize products for installing spark plugs. Anti seize compounds are typically composed of metallic,
electrically conductive ingredients. If anti seize compounds come in
contact with the core nose of the plugs, it can lead to a misfire condition.
Anti seize compounds can also have a torque multiplying effect when
installing plugs. This can lead to thread distortion and thread galling
resulting in cylinder head damage. Autolite spark plugs are nickel plated to resist the effects of corrosion and seizing. However, plug seizure is aggravated further when steel plugs are installed into aluminum cylinder heads for a long period of time.

From aircraft data:

Do not use anti seize compounds when installing spark plugs. Anti seize compounds will impede the transfer of heat from the spark plug to the cylinder head.

Theres plenty of heat transfer still occurring, and a ground through the plug base
