I have been moving along with restoration of our old 15' Alumacraft. I would like to share my progress as I go. Not being nearly computer savvy as I am with a wrench and hammer I need some help in adding a link to Shareaproject to my signature line each time I post to the forum here. I have seen and enjoyed some of the other projects and this is how I would like to display mine.

Thanks

What a great looking little boat, kinda reminds of a torpedo. Good luck with the restore. :)

If you're interested in converting that old 'rude to a non-pressurized tank you might look at this "http://www.duckworksmagazine.com/02/columns/max/02/wawrzyniak.htm"

Actually you might want to read all of Max's columns..

Re: 1958 Alumacraft

Thanks,

This is really a labor of love. I hope to have it back on the water before Christmas. As for the pressurized fuel system, I am planning on keeping it. I have good four gallon tank that will do the job until I replace or rebuild my old six gallon tanks. I do read Max's articles often. I would like to restore a Feathercraft Vagabond with a 58 Johnson 35 someday. Tash, nice Duracraft. Is that the same Johnson 35 you used in the fuel system conversion sticky?
