Brand identification from photo is it Fletcher? see photo

Since three years I wonder whether my boat is a fletcher like it says on the tag (type plate). The plate looks like it had been removed for repainting and sticked up again. Can anyone help me with the identification of the shipyard where my boat was produced. I bought it in Germany three years ago. The type plate says Fletcher, 1982 and a number.

Find and post the hull ID and we might get some info from that for you.

Fletcher is a long established UK speedboat manufacturer. I have found the company website:

www.fletcher-boats.co.uk

and there is a members forum. They might be able to help you.

I think their factory used to be in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, but they are now in Wolverhampton. Fletcher have a good reputation in the UK. I have never owned one, but have looked at them for over 30 years!

It's a Fletcher Cruisette minus the top, it has a moderate deep v that can easily cope with coastal sea conditions. One of Fletchers best..

Thank?s very much. I?ve found one photo of a flrtcher cruisette and overture is right, my boat is a fletcher cruisette. overture, what do you mean with "top". Did this boat type used to have something like a hard cover in convertable cars, or so. Is it still possible to get one of these? What do you mean with one of fletchers best?
