Horsepower of 1989 3.0 Mercruiser?

Can anyone tell me the horsepower of a 1989 3.0L Mercruiser? I would be interested in the max RPM as well if anyone knows. It has a breaker point distributor and the engine number is 0B64577 if that helps.

The 3.0L was 130hp.
The WOT rpm is 4200 to 4600

Your SN is also 1 number short to be usable.

That engine is actually an 87. Not uncommon on 88 boats.

You need manual #10 for your engine, #6 for your drive.

If it's still Original,...... It'll be a 3.0l Head...........
'course,.... There have been Several different Heads used on the 3.0l in the last 40 years.........
