Does anyone know where I can find a cleat that looks like this? Or does anyone know what style these are called? It's approx 4 inches across and is for a 1972 17' v-hull runabout I/O made by Delta in Northern California, who I am all but sure is no longer in business. Thanks!

Can't find a cleat like that anywhere on the net.

Maybe try a boat salvage yard, have one molded after the one you have, or replace them both/all with new ones?

I would advise just replacing them with newer ones.
That is just a crap design for a cleat. it doesn't provide any support between the horns, so the line just squeezes it together till they break. My old trihull had that style till I had 2 of them break in one day. Both on the bow. Had a tough time anchoring with no bow cleats.
Changed all of them to the Seasense black nylon cleats and never had a problem again.

I found (new in box old stock) matching cleats and a combo bow nav light for my 1965 on ebay. It took a couple months for them to finally pop up but I got them and they were cheap.

Thanks everyone. Nothing on eBay. I will probably end up replacing the broken cleat and the good one in the pic with something up to date.
