Looking for a seloc manual for this engine, but Seloc starts at 1988. Is it the same engine? Any other repair manual for replacing water pump, cleaning carbs, etc. out there?
Clymer, usually on the shevles at Pep Boys, Advanced Auto. Also try your local library, here they have Suzuki manuals. BTW did you know the DT140 is basically the same as the Dt115 except for larger carb sizes
Suzuki have made minor changes to their DT115/140 motors down the years. They have the group up to 1985 then from 1986 to 1995. Look at brownspoint.com to see to drawings and parts in parts lookup. I get good parts service from this company and have rebuilt several Suzuki's. The 115s and 140s are the same motor with slight differences in carbs and manifolds.
I rate the Suzuki as the best.

Hey I just broke down a 87 115hp for parts. Took it on a trade some other marine said it had a bad cylinder caused by a cracked ring. Broke completely down today and did not find what they were talking about. I imagine it was something to do with the ignition but have all the parts off the powerhead if you are interested. I am going to list all the parts on ebay I imagine towards the end of the week but if you need something just PM me.
