It took them that long to say, Get out the KY Jelley because we are increasing your rates 12.5%. I sure am happy I'm a "preferred" customer. I'd hate to see what the increase would be if I wasn't "preferred.

Start ringing around to the other ISPs. Find out what offers are being made and present your own offer to your current ISP... Leave the rate as it is or I'll walk. But say it all nice and sweet . Works for me every time.....

You have choice of different providers and most are willing to do things to gain clients. I'm currently where the 'service' is terrible, at best. We have a great choice of provider.... 1.

I know mine was 29.95 for the promo period.Then it went to 45 bucks a month.4.95 does not sound like a huge increase.
Chris has a good idea,see what kind of price you can get dealing with them on the phone.
