70s 115 to buy or not to buy

ran across a mid 70s 115 i dont know what year it is but it has power trim
and it is a crossflow wanting to know what the dry comp should be or should i deep creep and run comp check did the screw driver in the cyls trick bearings seem good .now i need to run the comp and check lower for water and shifting.any thing to look for on these motors out of the usual

I would shoot for 100 psi + or - 10 on all cylinders.

is it hydro-electric, or hydro-mechanical shift?

dont know yet hoping its mech . it has power trim .so i was hoping it was mech shift although i have a 1972 50 hydr shift and its been a very good motor .
