Shift rod adjustment

Need measurement for the shift rod adjustment on a e60elcre. Is it measured from the lu case to the end of the rod or to the center of the hole.

It's measured from top of case to center of hole in neutral. Ken

Measurement is 20 29/32" +/- 1/32"

Thanks Ken, had lower unit off and just wanted to make sure it was ok.
