25" to 30" shaft for 200hp

I know I can get the 5" spacer for the housing,but how do you extend the shift shaft and water line? Do they make extensions for those or do I need to replace the whole shift shaft by pulling the power head?

I think bay manufacturing makes a complete kit.
I know its avalible cause I do a few every year.

Thanks Rod,I was wondering if I could get the extenstions for the shifter from Yamaha though
