1977 Eska built motor 1403B using a Tecumseh AV 520 air cooled power head.
RJ13Y plug set at .030,I believe it has a solid state ignition.
Fuel mix is 32:1 My after market ser. manual states TCW3 rated oil.
The Eska is a inexpensive starter motor but does have some draw backs,
They vibrate,are noisy,somewhat under powered.generally require fiddling to keep them in operation.I believe the solid state ignition is hard to find, problematic and expensive.It has an air cooled powerhead with a water cooled leg.Water should mist out the relief holes in the leg.If you run it in a barrel be sure the water is up to the bottom of the clamp.Your not likely to find an owners manual but they are simple to operate controls are esentially the same as any similar outboard.
