Evinrude 25hp Age and AC Lighting Connector

Hi There,

I have a Evinrude 25hp. The model number is E25BALCSA and the serial number is BO11828. Could anyone help me and tell me what year this outboard is...

It also has a symbol on the top which says "AC LIGHTING" and has a small connector on the side next to the throttle connector. Can anyone help and tell me how if at all can i get this to charge a battery and also the wiring status of the little adaptor... Which pins are what?
