Gel Coat Color Matching Cost

Hello,

My boat has 5 prior gel coat repairs where the color matching was not done well. Each spot is roughly 4" x 10" and there are 5 spots. Any idea on a real rough estimate to remove old gel coat from these spots and then replace gel coat with a better color match.

at a shop? i doubt they'd bother anything for less than $300, 5 spots....i'm guessing $500...is there an over/under?

Prep it - paint it. It'll match then.

It's tough to do because gelcoat fades. Even if they order a factory match, it still might not match.
