suzuki 200 88/89 help electrical tech????

when testing the stator my IC wire from stator put out well but my {3} pulser's put out weak tryed 3 differnt stators same reading two fly wheels no change. are the pulsers not to put out the same charge. or could the magnets on outside of fly wheel be bad.with my meter set 10 ac volt my pulser's put out 2v my IC wire put out 200v. is this normal. trying to do revers elimination i think the IC is bad. no fire at plugs no fire coming out of IC unit

iBOATS. I MAY NEED TO SET MY GAP CLOSER ON MY PULSERS
