hi there, i was out on my boat and it stalled out a few times. it wouldnt start again for an hour, and when it did start it wouldnt get to its full capacity. it hasnt since. i dont know if i blew a plug or what, but i didnt want to take everything apart before hearing what it may be. any imput would be amazing. thank you
