Re: Carburetor Rebuild Question

What manual was that? Well, there actually are two. The one around the outside of the bowl and the little one around the main nozzle in the center. Could this be what they meant?

Re: Carburetor Rebuild Question

I believe I have read that there's supposed to be 2 between the carb and the intake manifold and that the 2nd one is there as a heat insulation between the carb and the intake manifold although in all the kits I have there's only 1.

Re: Carburetor Rebuild Question

there is a litle gasket that go's around the emulsion tube, and there is the big gasket that go's around the float bowl.

probbebly you left the litle gasket out.
the engine will bog down as soon as you open it up.

good luck
