i cant lock my motor up. i use a doubled up 2/4 with a bungy cord to hold it up for trailering. the problem is the splash well is in the way. the bolt that holds the sterring cable to the motor hits the splash well. is there i way i can fix it with out cutting a hole to compensate for the bolt in the splashwell.
