1987 50hp mariner 3 Cyl no spark on #2 Cyl

Need help 1987 50hp mariner 3 Cyl no spark on #2 Cyl
boats been sitting 3 years started working on it end of april. First rebuilt water pump. started up flooded out, rebuilt fuel pump, carbs, started right up but missing, replaced plugs and wires, Have no spark on #2 Cyl, I have service manual, checked coils and trigger have good resistance readings, swiched wires from switch box to coils 1 + 2 get spark on 2 nothing on 1.
put wires back and switched wires from trigger and same get spark on 2 nothing on 1. could it be bad trigger assembly??

It's probably the box but here the ign. test from CDI

trigger tested good
switch box tested bad 4 volts in nothing out on cyl with no spark other two ok will let you know when i get box and running
