Well for starters, it laid in the bottom of a boat for a long time. It was on it's back with the head side down. It has a water ring about 6 inches up on the cover. I pulled the corroded and rusted plugs out, took the fuel pump apart, and it was full of white powdery stuff, same with the thermostat. Whatcha think?
No, it's not siezed up, but 2 of the head bolts broke while trying to remove them, and that's after it soaked in WD40 overnight. I'm just not sure whether it's worth fixing or not.
