I can go all day no problem maybe run the bilge but I was wondering if maybe I resealed all the I/O parts coming out the stern it would help i noticed a leak at the bottom of the outdrive where it goes into the transom

If you have water leaking through the bellows, then you need to get that fixed ASAP. If the bellows completely ruptures, it can dump gallons per minute into the boat. Also, your u-joint and gimble bearing should never be wet(too late), so they probably also need replaced at this point.

From the scant description could also easily be a rotted transom..

if you are taking water thru or around the bellows. it is time to pull the outdrive. that rubber is the only thing between you and sinking.

Could be the seal around the outdrive also if someone previously pulled it and didn't seat it correctly.
