Tell them there just an job accessory for you to use and make do what ever. Works every time. But im not that mean, ok some times.

As a supervisor at my last job, I had 5 employees. 4 of them always asked me why I kept the one that didn't do his job. I told them that I kept him for our own amusement

That guy could never figure out why his time card was the only one that the time clock would print over his previous punch of the clock every time. Maybe it was the magnet in his time card slot that kept eraseing the magnetic strip The office would change the slot for his time card and somehow the magnet always ended up in the new slot? I have no idea how that happened

As a supervisor I just tell them to get to work and that ticks them off at me for a while
