We bought our '06 LARSON 204 Escape new, with zero hours on the unit.

It is kept covered, but not yet in a garage.

The floor storage unit (although not a dry area), constantly has water that "belches" it's way back up into the area.

We have washed the area out, shop vac'd the area dry, and it keeps coming back. Also, have used a air hose to "blow out any debris".

We notified the dealer, and the answer seems to be that the "drain" is too high, for proper drainage.

I'm going to notify LARSON, and see what I can find out.

Anyone ever had a problem like this, and if so what did you do about it ??

Thanx

P.S. The water isn't really a dirty water, pretty clean water. And ther isn't much, maybe a gallon at the most. The water is there whether we use the boat or not, leading me to believe that it is a "drain problem".

Re: Water in storage area

do you store with your bow high, so every thing will drain to the transom. make sure you transom drain plug is not leaking when in the water.

Yes, the bow is raise up as high as it will go.

The plug is tight, when in the water, and the plug is out for drainage while parked in the yard.
